Aquastar St Kilda

We are a term based swim school who charge monthly. Our fees are charged monthly in advance (on the 1st of each month) via direct debit (credit card, debit card, or bank account).

At Aquastar St Kilda, each swim lesson costs $25 per week. For private lesson pricing, please contact our Customer Support team.

We regularly assess swimmers' progression. Your child’s skill progress and assessment feedback is available for you to view in our Customer Portal or in the Aquastar app.

• Select Account (located on the black tool bar at the bottom of the screen).
• Under Students, select the relevant child by tapping their initials icon.
• Select Evaluations.
• Select Swimming then your swimmer’s level (e.g. Beginner 3).
• A list of the level’s assessed skills and your swimmer’s current star rating will be displayed.
• Select a skill to see the evaluation date and any progress feedback made by the assessor.
• Select Show Skill Details to read a short description of the skill.

Don't stress! If you miss your lesson at Aquastar St Kilda, you my be eligible for a makeup lesson.

Group Lessons: Aquastar swimmers are  eligible to receive unlimited makeup lessons with 90 days to use them. If you meet the eligibility criteria (notify your absence at least 2 hours in advance via the Customer Portal, ensure your payments are up to date etc.), you can enjoy as many makeup lessons as you need.

Private Lessons: Swimmers are entitled to 2 lesson credits (50% of the lesson fee) per term, upon giving at least 24 hours notice of absence prior to the class. No lesson credits are given for lessons missed without 24 hours notice of absence prior to the class.
